2. Press the +1 CAM INC button to replace the cur-
rently selected camera with the next higher camera
number.
3. Camera Selection
1. Select the camera number (1 to 32) by pressing
the Numeric buttons, then press the CAM (SET)
button.
The selected camera picture appears on the cur-
rently selected monitor.
3. Press the –1 CAM DEC button to replace the cur-
rently selected camera with the next lower camera
number.
Notes:
• The BUSY indicator lights up, if the camera is
selected by a higher priority operator. Control of the
same camera is denied to an operator with a lower
priority.
• The noise viewed white may appear on the moni-
tor screen during the spot or sequence camera
selection. This is normal phenomenon and not mal-
function.
4. Lens Control
Note: Confirm that the specified lens, with power
zoom/focus functions is mounted on the camera.
Also confirm that the Lens Selection (DC/VIDEO) on
the camera is set to the DC position.
Function capabilities vary between cameras.
Referring to the operating instructions of each cam-
era is recommended.
1. Select the desired monitor and camera.
Refer to Monitor Selection and Camera Selection on
pages 50 and 51.
4. Press the Zoom (ZOOM TELE/WIDE) switch to
adjust the lens zoom to achieve the desired picture
while observing the monitor.
Press this switch to the TELE position to optically
bring an object closer. Pressing to the WIDE posi-
tion has the reverse effect.
3. Press the Auto Focus (AUTO FOCUS) button to
adjust the lens focus automatically, equipped the
specified camera with the auto focus feature, such
as the Panasonic WV-CSR600 series is used.
5. Press the Lens Iris (IRIS CLOSE, OPEN) buttons to
close/open the lens iris. Adjust the lens iris by
using the buttons to obtain the proper picture expo-
sure.
By pressing both of these buttons at the same time,
the lens iris is set to the factory preset condition.
Note: When a camera, with an ALC Lens, has AGC
turned on, the iris close, open function will
operate slowly. By pressing the above buttons
repeatedly (instead of holding down), this func-
tion will operate faster.
6. If the Lens Control needs fine adjustment, press the
FOCUS, ZOOM or IRIS switch or button, while
pressing the PAUSE button.
2. Press the Focus (FOCUS NEAR/FAR) switch to
adjust the lens focus to achieve a sharply focused
picture while observing the monitor.
