1. Move the cursor to the ALARM MODE parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select the
desired alarm mode by pressing the +1CAM INC or
–1CAM DEC button.
2. Move the cursor to the INPUT SITE parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select Camera
Site Alarm input On or Off by pressing the +1CAM
INC or –1CAM DEC button.
3. Move the cursor to the INPUT BOARD parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select Interface
Alarm input On or Off by pressing the +1CAM INC
or –1CAM DEC button.
4. Move the cursor to the INPUT PC parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select PC
Command Alarm input On or Off by pressing the
+1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.
5. Move the cursor to the CABLE LOSS parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select Video
Signal Loss Alarm input On or Off by pressing the
+1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.
6. Move the cursor to the DISPLAY parameter by mov-
ing the Joystick Controller, then select Alarm
Display On or Off on the monitor by pressing the
+1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.
7. Press the MON (ESC) button to return to the previ-
ous ALARM EVENT menu.
4-2. ALARM MODE 1 and 2
Caution: To be able to set up these tables, the ALARM
MODE parameter on the ALARM MODE SELECT
menu must be set to OFF.
Select MODE1 SETUP (MODE2 SETUP) from the
ALARM EVENT menu, then press the CAM (SET) but-
ton, the ALARM MODE1 (ALARM MODE2) menu
appears on the monitor.

1. Move the cursor to the DWELL parameter by mov-
ing the Joystick Controller, then select the desired
Dwell Time (1-30) by pressing the Numeric buttons
or the +1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.
2. Move the cursor to the AUTO RESET parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select the
desired Auto Reset Time by pressing the Numeric
buttons or the +1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.
3. Press the MON (ESC) button to return to the previ-
ous ALARM EVENT menu.
4-3. ALARM MODE 3
This table is used to set up the alarm function of each
alarm input (1-32).
This enables display of the alarmed picture on the
assigned monitor(s), moves the Pan/Tilt head to the pre-
set position and controls the auxiliary switches.
Caution: To be able to set up this table, the ALARM
MODE parameter on the ALARM MODE SELECT
menu must be set to OFF.
Select MODE3 from the ALARM EVENT menu, then
press the CAM (SET) button. The ALARM MODE3 menu
appears on the monitor.

moving the Joystick Controller, then select the
desired Auto Reset Time by pressing the Numeric

2. Move the cursor to the Monitor Number area by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select the
desired spot or sequence mode to be assigned to
the monitor by pressing the +1CAM INC or –1CAM
DEC button.

3. Move the cursor to the ALARM NO. parameter by
moving the Joystick Controller, then select the
desired Alarm Number (1-32) by pressing the
Numeric buttons or the +1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC
