As shown below, the SYSTEM menu allows access to

eight items.

Select SYSTEM on the SETUP MENU by moving the

Joystick Controller, then press the CAM (SET) button to

display the SYSTEM menu as shown below.

To Select an item from the SYSTEM menu:

1. Move the cursor to the desired item by pressing the

Joystick Controller.

2. Press the CAM (SET) button to execute the selec-

tion.

The selected item appears on the monitor.

3. Press the MON (ESC) button to return to the SETUP

MENU, if desired.

1. CONTROLLER MONI (Controller-

Monitor Partitioning)

This table is used to prevent specific System Controllers

from ever controlling the outputs of specific monitors.

This feature prevents an operator from unintentionally

gaining control over a monitor that may not be associat-

ed with his/her station.

Additionally, this table is used to edit the Auto Log-in

setting.

Select CONTROLLER MONI on the SYSTEM menu by

moving the Joystick Controller, then press the CAM

(SET) button to display the CONTROLLER MONI menu

as shown below.

1. Move the cursor to the desired controller and moni-

tor parameter by moving the Joystick Controller,

then select OK or NG by pressing the +1CAM INC

or –1CAM DEC button.

P: Approval (OK)

• : Prohibition (NG)

2. Move the cursor to the desired controller and AUTO

position by moving the Joystick Controller, then

select the desired auto log-in mode by pressing the

Numeric buttons or the +1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC

button.

1-15: Enables auto log-in function for a

selected operator.

- - : Disables auto log-in function.

3. Repeat the above procedure until the table is com-

pleted.

4. After completing the table, press the MON (ESC)

button to escape from the programming mode and

return to the previous SYSTEM menu.

2. CONTROLLER COM. (Controller

Communication)

This table is used to set the Communication Parameters

between the System Controllers and the Matrix

Switcher.

Select CONTROLLER COM. on the SYSTEM menu by

moving the Joystick Controller, then press the CAM

(SET) button to display the CONTROLLER COM. menu

as shown below.

1. Move the cursor to the BAUD RATE parameter by

moving the Joystick Controller. Then set the Baud

Rate to 2400, 4800, 9600 or 19200 by pressing the

+1CAM INC or –1CAM DEC button.

2. Repeat the above procedure for the other

Communication Parameters until the table is com-

pleted.

3. After completing the table, press the MON (ESC)

button to escape from the programming mode and

return to the previous SYSTEM menu.
