Sending Documents

Sending a fax memo by Panafax Desktop

You can send a fax memo quickly and easily, directly from the Panafax Desktop.

From the Panafax Desktop window, enter

the Fax No: or select a destination from your

Personal Phone Book.

Note:

To input a pause, use the comma ",".

Type the Recipient, Company and/or Subject

to be included on the Cover Sheet.

Enter/select another recipient if you desire.

If you wish, click Cover Sheet to change the

Cover Sheet Type.

Click the icon when ready to send the

fax.

Click the button to add a recipient into the

recipient list.

Note:

Click the icon to verify that the fax image

is sent to the correct remote station(s).

Click the

button to start the

transmission.

Double-click the icon on the Windows

Desktop.

The Panafax Desktop window appears.
