Chapter 4 Settings

2B Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “00 Address Book”.

Select “02 Add Email Address”.

Enter an Email address, and then

select “OK”.

z To correct a mistake, select or to

move the cursor to the right side of the

incorrect character. Select “Back Space” to

delete, and enter the correct character.

Enter the name of the destination, and

then select “OK”.

Enter the Key Name for the Address

Book, and then select “OK”.

z Key Names are used to select destinations

on the Touch Panel Display.

z When registering Email address for Scanner

function -> Go to step 7.

When “Fax/Email Settings” is

selected in step 2, select “IFax” or

“PC”, and then select “OK”.

z When selecting “PC”, the Email address is

displayed on both of the Address Book

screens for Internet Fax and Scanner

functions.
