Output mode

Video email mode

You can send the edited data to the email software in the

Video email mode.

In this mode, you can use the following functions.

• Converting files in SEQ or MPEG2 format to ASF format

and compressing them.

• Starting the email software to attach modified or

compressed files.

Action Required

` To send the data by e-mail, set for Internet connection or

email software beforehand.

` Output the data according to the capacity limited by the

network you use.

The limitation on the capacity varies depending on the

provider. As a guide, normally 1 or 2 MB of data will be

allowed.

` To play the video which is converted and compressed in

the Video email mode, Windows Media

Player 9 or

above is needed.

Note

` When effects are set on the clips, they are automatically

rendered during output.

Screen configuration

The Video email mode consists of 3 screens: the control

screen (1), input-output setting screen (2) and the

library screen (3).

1 Control screen

The operation buttons for checking the video prepared

for output, etc. is provided.

The operations are the same as those of the “control

screen” on the “File output mode”. (@
